As a leading Project Manager, Change Management, Operational Excellence, and Best Practice Program implementations expert, Peter draws on over 30 years of experience managing businesses in the oil, chemical, plastics, and food service industries. Peter has been also recognized for his vast experience in both brand management and marketing. Additionally, he has been working in SAP implementation for more than a decade.
Peter has been directly responsible for the development and management of numerous programs that have lead to company turn-around for multiple organizations. Project management, change management, operational excellence, and brand and marketing best practice implementations have led to measurable results.
Peter builds methodologies, based on Best Practices Implementation Principles and Change Management Techniques, that are designed to be open for custom tailoring that allows for the resolution of specific client problems. He has developed processes for enhancing operational excellence, worked with and developed high performance work teams, self-directed work teams, design teams, and action involvement teams.
Peter is also the Owner & Chef of Red Kitchen Foods, Inc. that develops an artisanal line of sauces, rubs, spices, salts, and salsas for both the retail/wholesale and food service industry.
Peter has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. His training in behavioral science and organizational development techniques has included work with Dr. Charles Stewart, the Gallup Organization, and “Business as Unusual.”
